friends and test your knowledge- the
competition is always an entertaining
time to mix and mingle. On weekends-
please call for details- the Pub hosts a
live Reggae band and on the last Satur-
day of each month, a Latin Night featur-
ing Bachata, Merengue and Reggaeton
for your special dancing pleasure. If you
hadn’t already guessed, this pub loves
a good party and will gladly host group
events whether they’re private, public
or spur-of-the-moment!
In true pub fashion, Robin Hood’s
menu has something for everyone.
There are plenty of kick-off appetisers
that will have you licking your fingers
and wishing for more. If your table is
in the mood for sharing, opt for the Triangle Sampler with mozzarella sticks,
juicy Buffalo wings and calamari.
Their tri-coloured loaded nachos and
homemade mini Certified Angus Beef
burgers are also must-tries.
When it comes to entrees, many
locals rate this eatery’s signature pizza
as among the best on the island. Try
the Robin Hood Special, with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers,
onions and ground chorizo, or build
your own golden-crusted masterpiece.
Their Thai-spiced curry with lemon-grass and coconut marinated chicken
is also second-to-none. Also on offer
are authentic Indian curries.
Robin Hood’s rust red building is
situated on the corner of Richmond
Road, just outside the City of Hamilton
with on-site parking. A flight of brick
steps leads up to a charming entrance-
way that opens into an low-key (and
oft-packed) atmosphere manned by
experienced and ever-smiling Robin
Hood servers. Choose a cool spot
inside or enjoy the breeze on the patio
to the tune of a local DJ. Select from
several different draft beers or from
more than 20 bottled brands plus
ciders, WKDS and tropical cocktails.
Reservations are not required.

The restaurant is a mecca for sports
lovers, and thanks to their 17 flat
screen TVs, attracts passionate Euro-
pean football fans at all hours of the
day and night. In fact, the atmosphere
can be downright wild after local
games and international champion-
ships. Robin Hood hosts a popular quiz
night every Tuesday at 8pm. Bring your
ull up a stool, savour a few pints
