The restaurant is situated just opposite
the main pier and, if you’re visiting
Bermuda by cruise boat, is likely one
of the first places you’ll see. If you’re
staying in Hamilton - don’t worry! Just
a few steps away is the ferry terminal
that connects Dockyard with the central Hamilton dock as well as a handful
of other locations across the island.
The kitchen is run by Chef Livio
Ferigo, who is the author of Amore
Bermuda and lives to please custom-
ers and exceed expectations. Recipes
are based purely on his personal expe-
rience and incorporate local ingredi-
ents plated in generous portions. The
cuisine touches on Mediterranean and
continental specialties, with a smatter-
ing of seafood and home-cooked local
fare. Allow us to suggest the heavenly
smoked pork ribs, which are cooked
in Bone Fish’s own barbecue pit. Chef
Livio’s mom’s homemade lasagna, made
with fresh mozzarella and a delicate,
creamy sauce is another popular
choice. If it’s your first time on the is-
land and you’re dying to try something
local, opt for the catch-of-the-day pre-
pared Bermuda-style with Bermuda’s
own Black Seal Rum specialty sauce,
local bananas and roasted almonds.
During the summer, Bone Fish can
hold upwards of 250 guests and offers
live musical entertainment every day
of the week. The restaurant’s spacious
outdoor seating and ample appetisers
are especially suited to groups and
parties. We can’t say enough about
their fun, creative options prepared
fresh to order - the “Assorted Yummy
Platter”, “Delicious Seafood Cocktail”,
“Choccocheesecake” and “Livio’s
Tiramisu” chief among them!
